  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  5. Spoon the spinach dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf, spreading it evenly.
  6. Place the filled bread loaf on a baking sheet and cover it with the bread lid.
  7. Bake the spinach dip hot bread in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove the bread lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly toast the bread.
  9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the spinach dip hot bread cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  11. Slice or tear pieces of the bread loaf and serve them with the warm and creamy spinach dip.

The Spinach Dip Hot Bread makes a fantastic appetizer for parties, gatherings, or as a delicious snack. The combination of the creamy spinach dip and the crusty bread is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
